The Second Week

So, my second week was not so good. I did everything I did in week 1, but with a big whopping 0 pound change on the scale. A discouragement. But I know I did everything right, so unlike in the past I am not going to beat myself up over it.

Another thing upon which I refuse to beat myself up is my low amount of exercise. It needs to be more and I know it but last week was the last week of school followed by finals week. And, well I can only do what I can do. It isn't like this is going to be an every week struggle. Finals week is stressful and I still made it to the Rec Center twice.

So, in an effort not to over react to a "0" I decided not to change anything this week. I am still eating my full points each day and my full weekly allowance. Well, I did change one thing... I am able to go workout more now that finals are over. So, I today in fact I started something new, well not exactly new, but I went back to doing something I haven't done in quite a while. Weights. It isn't that I don't like doing them, it's just that I haven't really for about a year and a half. I think I'm gonna be sore tomorrow...
