So, yea, I didn't do so good at staying on track over Christmas. Don't get me wrong, actually there were moments when I did very well, like going to the pizza place. But then at home, with all the homemade candy, I wasn't so strong. I also pretty much didn't do any exercise for 5 days. I know, not so good. However, I was delighted that I actually only gained 0.2 pounds. Given my progress (or lack thereof) over the past 2 weeks, I wasn't sure how I'd fair. Not so bad as it turned out. So, today I got back on track. I worked out... at home even (the rec center is closed this week).
I was considering today that we will be having our annual family pics (me, my husband and our 2 kids) in about 6 weeks. Thinking I sure would like to have some progress before then. Maybe buy a new shirt or something for the pics. I really need to see some progress here.
