A Week Later

It has a been a week, well technically 8 days since I started the new Weight Watcher plan. I ate every single one of my points last week, even the 8 activity points I earned. And I lost 4.6 pounds! Great first week success. And I'd say mostly I feel good. Been eating a lot of 0 point fruit and definitely making healthier choices. I couldn't find a granola bar that was under 4 points at Walmart, so I decided not to get any. And I have had bananas, apples, and pineapple on hand consistently now. This is gonna be good...
